Switching power company savings

There are good savings that we can all make by switching power supply company these days but still far too few of us actually do this. Not checking out potential Gas and Electricity savings and switching to a better company is like throwing money at the power companies - and believe me they don't need any more money!

The energy market is very competitive these days and all the power companies are vying for our business but they are also very happy if their existing customers don't bother to check their energy tariff's and compare their gas and electricity tariffs with other companies.

I check my tariffs regularly and have already switched energy supply companies twice saving myself a lot of money - and it's better in my pocket than theirs.

Two big companies that are worth checking are E.on which was formerly known as PowerGen, and Sottish Power. these are big players in the energy market and as a result are able to give good tariff rates to customers who switch power supply companies.
